Yesterday, Rayer reportedly uttered the words &#8220;UMNO celaka&#8221; during the State Assembly Sitting.<\/p>\n<p>The motion asked for the UMNO group be brought to justice and for authorities to take necessary steps to ensure the safely of the assemblyperson.<\/p>\n<p>Added to that, a special committee will be formed to prepare a report into the incident, the committee includes State Assembly Opposition Leader Jahara Hamid who is the Telok Air Tawar Assemblyperson.
