The car stickers are also complete with the famous message, \u201cUbah Sekarang, Bersihkan Malaysia\u201d (Change Now, Clean Malaysia Up) in Malaysia\u2019s main languages.<\/p>\n<p>Aware that more city folks are exposed to the power abuse of BN and the achievements made by Pakatan Rakyat-ran states, the campaign optimises the strength of the rite of balik kampung during the festive season by getting the message spread in a larger radius to Malaysians living outside of urban areas.<\/p>\n<p>This forms the main drive behind Spark the Change: to get the people throughout Malaysia engage with each other to be \u2018fully informed\u2019 of the on-goings in their beloved country, as well as \u2018the consequences of continuous BN hegemony\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign is also a crucial step to fight against the Barisan Nasional\u2019s rampant abuse of campaign machineries during elections, a matter that has drawn criticism in the public sphere by Pakatan Rakyat and various NGOs, notably the Coalition for Free and Fair Elections, ever-popularly known Bersih.<\/p>\n<p>Known to having the mainstream media manipulated and the government resources misused at their disposal, Barisan Nasional\u2019s corrupt ways can only be exposed by the spread of alertness amongst the people themselves.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPakatan Rakyat fights the uphill battle against BN\u2019s control over the 3Ms \u2014 Money, Media and Machinery. BN will spend the tax payers\u2019 money to by the rakyat\u2019s votes, especially in the rural and poorer constituencies,\u201d said a statement in the website.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPakatan Rakyat doesn\u2019t have the 3M\u2019s might of BN to penetrate the less urban constituencies. But we have you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The website contains various resources and publicity materials, such as leaflets and videos, that are ready to be downloaded, printed and distributed to be shared with families, relatives and friends back home.
