Rayer\u2019s \u201cUMNO Celaka\u201d remark.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe decision further compromises public trust towards the criminal justice system,\u201d said the Cheras MP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The incident on 22 May saw an aggressive UMNO Youth mob of 50 men led by UMNO Federal Territory Chief Mohd Razlan Muhamad Rafi who vandalized the DAP sign and delivered inflammatory remarks against the party during the protest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Signs\u00a0and banners were paraded\u00a0that read <em>\u201cRSN Rayer anak haram\u201d<\/em> (RSN Rayer is a bastard), <em>\u201cMelayu UMNO bukan barang dagangan! Mampus DAP!\u201d<\/em> (UMNO Malays are not for sale! Death to the DAP!) and <em>&#8220;Jangan cabar kami&#8221;<\/em> (Don&#8217;t provoke us).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The demonstration was done under the pretext of delivering a memo to the DAP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Serdang MP Ong Kian Ming, whose face the crushed memo was finally flung at during the protest, was informed by Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi in a parliamentary written reply today that read &#8220;The investigation paper was completed and forwarded to the Attorney-General&#8217;s Chambers on Sept 17, 2014 and it was decided that there will be no further action.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ong said that the refusal of the Attorney General\u2019s Chambers to act would be a nod to similar acts against other party\u2019s headquarters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;It appears the Attorney-General is of the opinion that threatening to burn any premises is not an offence,\u201d he said. \u2013The Rocket<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After the government decided that no further action will be taken against UMNO Youth for the protests at the DAP Headquarters in May, DAP says that it will move to sue if the Attorney General remains adamant.
