Racist Muhyiddin unfit to become leader for all Malaysians

Tan Sri Muyhiddin Yassin has sadly shown himself to be unfit to be Deputy Prime Minister for all Malaysians with his racist lies against the DAP merely to avoid BN’s failures on the Lynas rare earth plant, the AES, the decline in educational standards in Malaysia and the RM871 billion dirty money scandal.

This follows his deceitful attacks against the DAP as chauvinistic and racist based on an UMNO news site AntaraPos.com’s lies quoting newly-appointed DAP Vice-Chairman Senator Dr Ariffin S.M Omar as saying corruption would be wiped out from the public service if it was not monopolised by one race.

Ariffin had vehemently denied stating this or ever implying that the public service is corrupt as it is monopolised by Malays. DAP would agree with Muhyidin that Arifin has made a stupid statement if what Arifin said was true.

However it is Tan Sri Muhyidin that looks foolish for relying on lies fabricated by UMNO. DAP holds Muhyiddin fully responsible for any consequences of playing such dangerous racist lies.

Muhyiddin has criticised the DAP as racist because the recent DAP Congress did not elect but appointed two Malays to the top Central Executive Committee.

Isn’t this hypocritical and double-standards when a 100% racist party like UMNO and MCA that bars membership from other races neither appoints nor elects anyone outside their own race?

Demonising DAP as anti-Malay, anti-Muslims and unMalaysian is no different from what the Israelis are doing to the Palestinians seeking their rights for democracy and self-determination.

Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin should not be playing with fire by deliberately provoking racial sentiments based on lies.

Clearly, he is desperate to distract attention from his failure as Education Minister to arrest the decline in educational standards as shown by the drop in Malaysia’s ranking in the Trends in International Math and Science Study (TIMSS) 2011 from 20th to 26th in the Mathematics and from 21st to 32nd in Science.

This confirms the 2009 Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) that the competency of 15-year olds in Malaysia was 3 years behind the international average.

This success has made UMNO desperate as shown by BN’s failures to ensure that the toxic wastes from the Lynas rare earth plant be exported, the installation of AES 1Malaysia cameras at 831 locations that benefits 2 companies held without open competitive tenders and the recent shocking expose of RM871 billion “dirty or black” money scandal.

Washington-based financial watchdog Global Financial Integrity (GFI), in its latest report which tracks capital flight, says RM 197 billion of dirty money was siphoned out of Malaysia in 2010 compared to RM 93 billion in 2009, an increase of 112 %.

Malaysia has the shameful record of being the No.2 country in the world after China, of illicit outflow of dirty money in 2010.

GFI has warned that capital flight in Malaysia is “at a scale seen in few Asian countries”. Whilst Malaysia was ranked No. 2 globally in 2010, Malaysia is ranked No. 3 globally over 10 years from 2001-2010. The total 10-year estimate for Malaysia is US$285 billion (RM871.4 billion), while China is US$2,740 billion, and Mexico, US$476 billion.

The RM 871 billion lost from “dirty or black” money is a huge sum and equal to one year of Malaysia’s Gross Domestic Product(GDP). And yet there is not proper accounting of who is responsible and action to retrieve these losses or punish those involved.

Instead of getting answer, the only response is racist attacks based on lies, sadly revealing Muhyiddin as unfit to be Deputy Prime Minister for all Malaysians. -The Rocket
